The building contains 166 Apartments – some furnished and some unfurnished - with two Blocks accessed separately. Don’t worry, they all have the same great fittings, fixtures, and amenities to access – the only difference aside from the individual apartment layouts, is that A Block is pet-friendly.
Communal Spaces
All our UNCLE buildings have additional spaces for our residents to access – we like to think of them as nice perks to add a bit of something special as an extension to your home. All of these spaces have their own user guides to help you make the most of them. We hope they don’t sound too much like a list of “do’s” and “don’ts” but more like the UNCLE code for having a great time.

CCTV
We have CCTV throughout the ground floor, communal spaces, entrances and exits, bike stores, mail room and various other locations around the building.
The development has a high level of security throughout with door entry systems on all ground floor external doors, and all internal ground floor doors leading to the stairwells and lifts. There is a video intercom system installed in every apartment, where access can be given to guests and deliveries who call from the front door.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building or on any of the balconies.

Resident Managers
At UNCLE Southall, we have a dedicated Resident Manager Couple, here to support you throughout your tenancy. This dynamic duo lives on site too – and so are invested in making sure that the building runs as it should, and residents feel safe and secure in their homes.
If you feel we are not meeting the UNCLE expectations, would like to suggest a theme for the next resident’s event, or give us some feedback on how to make UNCLE Southall a better place, please do not hesitate to contact our team in writing or make an appointment to chat through over a cup of coffee; we always like to hear from our residents.
Emma
Likes: Taking a bath, doing a puzzle, drinking Margaritas, jogging (very slowly), Almond croissants (preferably after that Sunday morning jog) and watching my nephews play football.
Dislikes: Aubergines, runny eggs. That is literally it.
